"The Long Wait - Part 1: Hollywood!"

The immigration went smoothly, surprisingly! I kena the 2nd interview thing (will kena everytime you go in after u have the record there), but everything was alright.

It was very cold in LA, about 16 degrees. Luckily I got a jacket. After rechecking in my luggage, I went out searching for the shuttle bus to the Metro and onwards to....





HOLLYWOOD!





Yeah, this is the highlight of my trip here...........


Taking Metro, change few times, go underground some more... then finally... Hollywood Boulevard... walk outside the station...

Immediately that street you can see the Walk of Fame!




And the first star that I capture is.......









Indy! Han Solo! :D

And one of the most famous building in Hollywood.... the Kodak Theatre, the current home of the Academy Awards!





Can almost see the red carpet rolling out for the stars....

Next to it is this structure... like a shopping mall...






and this is where you can see the MOST famous sign of them all.....













Yeah, baby, this is the one! Pretty small though, my 3X camera canot zoom in tat much :-S


Outside the Kodak Theatre are some of these movie character...


This tall 'Yoda' came by and ask me to take pics with him.

and then ask me to give them TIPS... celaka... kena con dy.... He wanted USD5 each! sorry la, i say give u USD 2 each................:S:S:S next time have to beware of these ppl...........................................!!!



There's a few other.... Jack Sparrow, Marilyn Monroe and even Spartan from '300'.. but sorry la, I scared dy.. later kena give tips some more...shit...


Next to Kodak is this magnificent.. Grauman's Chinese Theatre!

Anyway, by that time, I alrdy spent 2 hours walking... I was severely fatigued... in fact, was really dizzy from the lack of sleep and jetlag.... shit... forget it dy la.. I want to chow dy...................
