"No work on Labour Day!!"

This morning woke up, suddenly felt like going to work again. Overloaded with work, and everyday work late nites... then boss show black face when we slip schedule. Then got the cheek to blame us when we face an issue: "Why you didn't forsee this?" Crap. We do the task planning, we do the effort estimate, we do the architecture, and we do the work. Then you just sit there, compile into Excel sheet then come checking on our progress?? Come on!

Aiya anyway since some of colleagues already there, maybe just drop by a few hours and see how much else can finish. Arrived at office, security stopped me :-S "If your name is not in today's list, we can't let you in." There is a list which was started recently to check the number of people coming on a holiday, if more than certain amount, then they'll turn on the air-con. Since I wasn't planning to come anyway, I didn't bother to fill up that form.

Gosh, didn't know these guys were so strict. After finding that I can't convince them to let me in, oh, well, called up colleagues and told them not to wait for me and drove back. Kinda ridiculous eh, but hey, maybe it's a sign: No work on Labor Day! :D

Oh yeah, and screw the stupid deadline! :P
