Last Sat's new-food experiment brought us to Shang Place at Krystal Point. One of those restaurants at Krystal Point which you can see while stuck in the rush hour jam~~
Their signature dish, braised pork with mantou (RM15). The meat is tender and the sauce tastes sweet. Nice. Too bad about the mantou though.. so small only! :-S
Tofu (RM8). So-so only.
Broccoli with mixed stuff in the middle (RM12). Nice. We wanted to try another broccoli dish with fish maw which was recommended in other blogs, but when I saw the price was RM35, immediately changed plans! :P
Desert. Honey dew Sago (RM3.50). Nice. Freshly blended.
When we went on Sat around 6.30pm, the place was fully reserved, so they offered us a small table somewhere in front of the projector screen. Not the best place to be seating, I must say. They even forgot to bring us the broccoli dish until we reminded them. Come again? Hmm... it's ok, but lets try the other places in the long list first! :P
