Ok, where were we? Ah yes, after the Open Door games were over, we got a short 5 mins break to touch up and then it was time for Drink Tea session.

After relatives were done, then we swap places...

"Caffe Strada @ Krystal Point"

While deciding between Place A and Place B for dinner, we saw this new cafe in the middle. Looks nice. Abandoned Place A and B, and went inside!



Very neat and tidy white colour scheme. Not many tables occupied though. It was just us and 2 other tables.

Mango Frappes (RM8.90)



Mushroom soup (RM5.90)


Their double recommended Cheezy Grilled Chicken (RM17.90)


Honey Black Pepper Fish (RM12.90)

Verdict? Mango drink is the best of all, really thick and strong! The mushroom soup is forgettable, as is the chicken. Honey black pepper... the fish is bad la.. but that black sauce.. wow.. unique taste.. it's really honey mix with black pepper! All in all, dun go for the food but for the nice setting! :P

"Tea time snack!"

Last Sat, was going back from Weld Quay Jetty, towards Jelutong highway, then noticed this shop which was packed with people. Curious, we stopped by and found....



... snack food! Wife went down to buy a few pieces from the selection.

A - cempedak. Nice.
B - some kacang thing. Nice.
C - it's actually bread, stuffed with sweet corn. Superb!!
D - goreng pisang. Superb!!
E - can't recall. Forgettable :P
F - something stuffed with yellow beans. Nice.

Seems like the guy just deep fried anything that can be deep fried! A bit oily as expected, but great snack for tea time~~ If you're trying to find it, it's directly opposite the Tua Pui curry mee.

"Sakae Gozen"

We haven't been to Sakae Sushi for awhile ever since they removed teppanyaki stuff from their new menu. But last Friday craving for something Japanese, so dropped by again:


Tried their new Sakae Gozen. It's like a "The Best of" dish...

This deep fried chicken...


... dip with japanese curry and eat with rice is.just.plain.AWESOME.

with the grilled salmon and the scallops.. great stuff as well. The set comes with the usual rice, chawanmushi and miso soup too. RM32.90.


We got greedy and ordered Chicken Teriyaki Don (RM10.90). Definitely nice, especially the gravy mixed with rice... but too bad couldn't finish it!

I guess this means we'll still be back at Sakae for more ;)

"Yogurt Ice-cream @ J.Co Queensbay Mall"

RM9 for this one.. 2 topping+ 1 free topping. We chose peach, strawberry and chocolate chips. One word: Delicious!!

"Star Wars returns!"

After an insanely long break, Star Wars have returned to stores! The concept this time is to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Episode V: Empire Strikes Back.








As a tribute to Ep V, Hasbro is reusing the "Vintage" cardback style from the 1980s, which I think is stunning! Only thing is, since I bought a whole case, I ended up with 2 Darth Vaders.......... :-S

And the Bespin Cloud Car! Haven't opened it yet though.

Another vehicle which they are aggresively promoting is the super deluxe AT-AT Walker! That big one costs RM499.90, which means, lets hold it off for a while first :P

Besides the Vintage collection, there's also a package renewal for the Clone Wars line. I grabbed these on the first day of the launch @ Toys R' Us :D
